Although not required to make a modern slavery statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the company voluntarily publishes this statement to demonstrate commitment to ethical trading principles and outline steps taken to identify and combat modern slavery and human trafficking in business operations and supply chains. Staff must immediately notify management if engaging suppliers suspected of modern slavery or failing to prevent risks in supply chains. Further investigation and contract consistency assessment may follow.
Any policy breach may result in disciplinary action up to and including employment termination or business relationship termination.
